Our services are educational and coaching in nature. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care, psychological counselling, or any form of clinical intervention. Spinalfaunaiu coaches do not diagnose conditions or provide therapeutic treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact appropriate emergency services or a qualified mental health professional in New Zealand.

3. Eligibility

To use our website and purchase mindfulness coaching products, you must be at least sixteen years of age. If you are between sixteen and eighteen, you must have parental or guardian consent to engage our services. By using spinalfaunaiu.world, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. Account and Booking

When you book a mindfulness coaching session or programme through Spinalfaunaiu, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any booking confirmations or access credentials provided to you for online sessions or digital resource libraries included with certain products.

Bookings are subject to availability. Spinalfaunaiu reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including coach illness or studio maintenance, and will offer alternative times or a full refund as outlined in our Return Policy.

5. Product Descriptions and Pricing

We strive to ensure that all descriptions of mindfulness coaching products on spinalfaunaiu.world are accurate and current. Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. Spinalfaunaiu reserves the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

Product inclusions such as session duration, number of sessions, digital resource access, and follow-up support are as specified on the Session Offerings page at the time of purchase. Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for mindfulness coaching products is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as communicated during the booking process. All transactions are processed securely through our designated payment providers.

If payment is declined or reversed, Spinalfaunaiu reserves the right to cancel the associated booking and withhold access to coaching sessions or digital resources until payment is successfully completed.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Client

Clients may reschedule individual sessions with at least forty-eight hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than forty-eight hours notice may forfeit the session fee. For the Six-Week Clarity Programme, cancellation terms are detailed in our Return Policy. Group Harmony Workshop bookings require at least seven days notice for cancellation or transfer.

8. Intellectual Property
